It's obvious that these social problems will never be sorted out. The only way to save America is to destroy the christian neocon right wing faction. They are just not willing to live and let live.

Will there be a civil war and where and when will it start?

If Bush or someone like him tries to remain in office past his constitutional term in the name of being in a war or for the sake of religious righteousness then we're going to have a problem. But we really need a presidential election that isn't so freaking close as the last two to settle this country down.

I have a great deal of desire -- now -- to destroy you for saying this crap. Get in a firing line while I take aim.

So, Bad L, you actually agree with this B.S.: "The only way to save America is to destroy the christian neocon right wing faction. They are just not willing to live and let live."

You actually agree with that?

Let's hope there isn't a civil war. The last one in this country more people died than any other war the US has been involved in ex(WW2).You have families and friends fighting each other. ANY wars are terrible with suffering and much loss for all. Look a round the world and how terribly the citizens have been affected in their countries civil wars. Communication and compromise is a better alternative. Unfortunately too many times you have individuals involved who have personal agendas-ego, power, money, notoriety as their motivation as opposed to progress for a society at large.

Isn't that what Osama says about the US?

I think that neoconservatives are stupid, but don't sink to this level of thinking.

Oh how funny!!! LOL

All you have to do is ignore the fundamentalists and live your life honestly however you choose. No one is ordering you to do anything against your belief system.

Why would there ever be a need for civil war?? Everyone has their right to an opinion, even the Christian Fundies. Differences in people is the spice of life......and the teacher as well as the student for all of us.

No civil war. Americans are very lucky people hey do not need to fight. People in my country have almost nothing. Sometimes we cannot by even a little bit of tea and honey. Only bread and vegetables. Americans have so much. The Americans that say they are poor are very rich in my country.

Well...there really should be another civil war...or revolution. John Adams said it would be good for the country to have a revolution once very generation or so. I think we are over due.

By the way...my money is on the "christian neocon right" in a US civil war. They have the will to outlast you (and your kind), just as the muslim ragheads have the will to outlast all Americans.

It is just the way it is.

I'm sure the neo-cons would be saying the same thing about ultra-leftists like yourself. The civil war is just beginning to gather a 50-year head of steam; but whether it "should" be happening depends on your viewpoint; I'm sure God has a viewpoint also, so whatever God thought best would be the way to think - just not sure anyone smart enough to see such a big picture.

Not a civil war, but I believe America is gradually splitting into the intellectual liberal well travelled outward looking coastal states like California Oregon Washington Mass Conn New York and Florida, and the inward looking conservative, christian fundamental states of the interior. the problem is that the coastal states are the richest. so the christian conservative ignant states will never let them go.

No, but the Christians will have the guns and will continue to reproduce warriors while the liberals are aborting and mercy killing and allowing non English speaking aliens to fight for them with Chinese weapons that come with instructions printed in Arabic.
