Nukes don't see imaginary political boundaries drawn on maps. Attack any place and the resulting side effect will last centuries spreading around the world affecting everyone. All those ignoramuses who yack about "bomb that country!" "nuke that place!" etc are simply trolling, far from expressing an opinion.
