My african-american neighbors constantly let their teenager kids out even during the midnight. Their kids would play dodge ball or basket ball in the street and they purposely hit the parked cars in the street ( including mine). I've already noticed a few dents which cause by my neighbor's kids and when I tried talking to their parents about it and they would deny it and say that I'm only making this up because I hate black people, which is not an issue at all. I just feel that I have the right to protect my property. Should I call the cops on them or any ways to stop their kids from damaging my car? Thanks

video tape, then show the parents and threateb to press charges of vandalism (and neglet on there part) if they don't cover the cost of repairs, if they say no bring it to thecops and they will handle it, if the cops don't help get a free consultation with one of the local lawyers and if it goes to court most will accept to include their fees in the ruling if it goes to court.

Take photos -- mount a Surveillance camera so that it can view and record the scene directly in front of your home where your car is parked. For by the time Police respond -- the kids doing the damage will surely have disappeared. So unless you have direct photographic proof -- you will be screwed. (this is just plain property damage and not a racist reaction -- everyone will be mad when their property is deliberately being damaged/destroyed by others -- no matter what).
By the way -- any place else you can park your car that is NOT on the street? If so, do it so that your car is not further damaged.

If your city has a curfew for kids, call the cops.
Also, if you have evidence solid enough to hold up in court (say, marks on the side of the car which look like basketball prints as well as the size and shape of the dents) you can sue. You might also be able to get a restraining order forcing your neighbors to move away from you.

Not sure, maybe video-tape them vandalizing your car, and take it to the police or something? If they refuse to do anything, move the hell out of there.

i think that i would be for getting a guard dog!! or get a pellet gun and shoot when they come close to ur car. or just get a ball and do it to there cars and see how they like it.
