Have you noticed that a majority of the anti-illegals will say that race isn't factor, but when you look at their other questions or answers, words like "beaner" or "sp*c" seem to pop up often?

What's up with that?

Iran, Syria, Hezbollah and Hamas in one side and Israel and U.S. in the other side can make a deal over west bank, Gaza, Golan, Sheba, Nuclear prolifration, exchange of prisoners, Iraq, cooperation against Al Qaede etc, they can give it a chance,
what do you think? talking is better than fighting.

I think you need to stop treating your guns like toys!
I live in texas and no one here ever treats their gun like a toy!
We understand that it is used for defending yourself and your family and we have no respect for anyone who thinks its just a toy for their amusment.

Just got a call from a friend in jail he failed a piss test. normally I wouldn't try to help a friend that fails a piss test and he's on probation. But this ones diferent he made a very minor (trafic violations about 4)mistake to land on probation he admited he screwed up. but what gets me is he failed his piss test by having nicotine in his system. His wife brought me his probation papers and it states he can't have the normal narcotics and alchohol but then it says no cigeretts written in beside the rest. my question is does a probation officer have the right to add a stipulation like that?

My friend has 2 felony charges that are pending. He has no priors. The first felony charge is a level 3 and the second felony charge is a level 7. He's a college student and is working. He currently has a public defender who is not working for him in a proper manner. Right now, he's looking for a good attorny. What can a private attorny say or do to get him at least probation out of this situation? or is it possible for him to get probation knowing he has no priors?..I want positive feed back from people who have seen, been, experienced, or can relate to this situation. BUSH is considered a somewhat less then bright individual. I use to think that a yale education was one of the tops in america but have come to see it as only more of a sevice for rich elite silver spoon lossers to add some creadence to the lofty high paid jobs they have in family business.
I always said those who can do and those who can't manage .
ITS the office workers that are the idiot sons of the rich cause a real man would kick this kind of loser off the project before he hurt someone .
BUSH should of never got to play army with our soldiers and should of stuck to tin soldiers and re-enactments of civil war battles .

OUR country is not something you play with .

More proof that the whole "issue" of immigration is a concious effort of politiicans to use US citizens insecurity about the war and the economy and wrongly direct people's anger toward immigrants.

It's a tried and true method of deflecting blame from the politicians who set these policies onto vulnerable groups who have no representation.

Both are self-righteous religious wackos (passionate about a set of beliefs), which makes them the lowest scum on earth, but which is worse? Yes, there is a relationship between the two,but they are still two distinct groups.

Over the last couple decades, lawyers have become the common profession to bash, but a lawyer is nothing more than a gun, there must be first a pissed-off client to fire it. Journalists on the other hand make-up news or add their own pathetic editorial to the 'news'. They destroy lives and jerk public opinion back and forth with their every pseudo-intellectual ephiphany.

Public opinion is sculpted by these hacks. Elections and policy is driven by the public. So who really holds the strings, or the most strings? Do politicians on either side not jump like a monkeys when public opinion decries a certain result?

If journalists were genuises, I suppose I wouldnt complain as much about their influence, but they amazingly ignorant.
