And don't say you did, because you didn't.

Is this more evidence that conservatives only think about what Fox News tells them to?

Before it became front page news they were only closet racists.(some)The demonstrations gave them a chance to come out of the closet and be vocal in an anonymous forum.Damn they're brave!

Kubie baby! It always has been a big deal in the border states, just the rest of the country didn't care until the problem became more broad and spread across the nation. Now all these states that have been able to ignore the issue are going broke because of illegals and they are all of a sudden fed up. Fed up like us border states have been for a long, long time. That's why there are new laws going into effect in midwestern states and so on, because the impact is all of a sudden quite obvious. Remember prop 187 in Cali in the late '80's??? We've known there was a problem for many years.

Youre CONFUSED

It Was WE THE PEOPLE
The "Anti ILLEGALs"
That MADE US Immigration Policy Front Page News

We Have Been Fighting This For YEARS
And FINALLY Its Become An Issue

Because YOU'VE Been Too Busy Watching
"American Idol" And "Survivor"
Instead Of Paying Attention To The Nation
Doesnt Mean The Rest Of The Citizens
Have Their Heads Up Their @$$ES As You Do

Go Play With Your X-Box

HA HA HA HA HA! That's so funny! As if we didn't notice or care before now! This has been an ongoing topic of conversation in my town for some time. Just because we finally found a place to discuss this problem with other like minded people doesn't mean the subject has just come to our attention. Maybe you are the one who didn't have a clue. Pay attention and you might learn something.

You've sure got that wrong. You just never knew what they cared about until it made front page news. Personally I don't give much credence to anything that the media passes off as journalism now a days.

They have been complaining about it for the last 5 years since 9/11. The "Front Page" as you call it, finally caught up with the story. As usual the "mainstream media" is slow on every story regardless of the issue.

"And don't say you did, because you didn't" How do you know they didn't? Maybe they did. Do you think they didn't just because whatever news station you listen to didn't tell you they were?

I know that it's always been in the news where I live. (Texas) It's been a serious campaign issue in state politics for years and years.

It became front page news because people cared about the issue, you have it backwards

You have it the other way around...

Fox News doesn't tell the conservatives what to do-- Conservatives and Democrats alike order the media around.

Hence, the news groups are funded by the parties...
