14 Points of fascism:

1.) Powerful and Continuing Nationalism: Fascist regimes tend to make constant use of patriotic mottos, slogans, symbols, songs, and other paraphernalia. Flags are seen everywhere, as are flag symbols on clothing and in public displays.

2.) Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights: Because of fear of enemies and the need for security, the people in fascist regimes are persuaded that human rights can be ignored in certain cases because of "need." The people tend to look the other way or even approve of torture, summary executions, assassinations, long incarcerations of prisoners, etc.

3.) Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause: The people are rallied into a unifying patriotic frenzy over the need to eliminate a perceived common threat or foe: racial, ethnic or religious minorities; liberals; communists; socialists, terrorists, etc.

Is it a Black christian elderly woman? What about a young chinese boy? A Jewish Rabbi? What about a young white female? A Japanese cook? A Hindu?

OR COULD IT BE A MUSLIM? A MUSLIM?

Why are liberals so politically correct that they would rather not offend a people that are SO OFFENSIVE and INTOLERANT of others? In the end, what do the liberals think that playing nice games with Islamofascists will get them? Anyone?

I know I'll be called a racist, a fascist, a bigot by some, while there are those that are planning for mass murders. These that plan for mass murder are given a free pass by the same that call me those names.

When was the last time you heard a die-hard liberal criticize the enemy? Then, when was the last time you heard liberals criticize America and our military? Whose side are liberals on, anyway?

Reagan pulled the troops out of Beuirt in 1983, so was the Republican hero (except for Jesus) a spineless cut and runner? Also, eventually all the troops should leave, no? Does that make anyone who says the troops have to return at some time a cut and runner?

Or was it somehow Clinton's fault again. I bet it was Clintons fault 9 years before he was President.

Just beating a dead horse I know.... but I simple fail to understand why a large percentage of the Republican party and christain fundamentalist seem to be at such odds with the scientific community. Specifically with evolution, stem cell research and climate change.
Disputing scientific theories that are so well founded and accepted world wide seems to be a problem unique to the U.S.
The rest of the world is moving forward, and if this trend continues we will find ourselves in 20 years in a very different place on the world stage.
What do you think? Is this a result in our failure to educate our children?

Even Plato critisized democracy saying that it places too much power into the hands of the unwise. Think about it, if you research canditates for months before voting, it doesn't matter because other people's idiodic votes will over shadow yours. Someone might vote for a candidate because he / she is good looking. People like those will overshadow your hard researched findings.

There have been several specials and movies dedicated to both the attacks on the World Trade Centers and the United 93 crash, but next to nothing about the Pentagon attack. Obviously the loss of life was greater in the WTC attacks, but it just seems unfair to overlook those who died elsewhere. Why has this happened?

Jewish-Americans have always been progressive leaders fighting for the rights of minorities, of women and of workers. If the American government tried to oppress people or the rights of Americans Jewish-American leaders and activists had the balls to take them on.

When it comes to the government Israel though it seems like they have absolute loyalty from most American Jews almost to the point of it being pathological . How many people would Israel have to oppress or kill for that to change? Could Israel nuke its neighbors or commit a genocide (the ultimate in tragic irony) and still have support in the American Jewish community? What exactly would it take? Do the lives of Arabs and Muslims not matter? Today the vast majority of the world see Israel's behavior as being at absolute odds with the principles of human rights - why are Jewish supporters so unwilling to examine this conflict in a rational and objective manner?

It's true. As an employee for one of the companies, I've seen Mexicans rent minivans for one day (the Mexican border is not that far from Houston about a 7 hour drive probably less than that), put the charges of the rental on a credit card, and when they return they pay cash to take the charges off the card. I know you're thinking, how do you know they are using the vans to smuggle illiegal immigrants? Well, so of them are not successful. Some of the vans are confiscated at the border, and apparently they need vans to carry people. Do you think there should be legislation against this? BTW, I am not racist, and I am for all immigrants, just not the illegal ones!

Why should we Ignore Illegals? They want us to Simply let them in No questions asked. WHY? Illegals arn't just here for Jobs Americans don't want. Illegals are Smuggling in Drugs, Killing people, Stealing and the list goes on and on. With all that being said ILLEGALS Still want us to do NOTHING to STOP the flow. We NEED secure Borders to weed our ALL the Undesirables. That's why we have IMMIGRATION LAWS. If everybody simply walks in. That means ALL the criminals do as well. And believe it or not it is a CRIME to enter the USA without. proper documentation. I didn't make the LAW but, it ceratainly needs enforced.

The state is AZ; I have a court judgment against someone and this person refuse to pay me. I had sent a constable to her property and I also place a lien against her house. I got a letter from her attorney saying that I can’t place a lien on someone homestead –this is the only house she owns and I should remove the lien its illegal and I can be fine $5,000. I talked with the constable his answer was he thinks that the lawyer tries to blow some air but he is not attorney. I had looked up and I had found this link;

I understand from this link that I can if the property is more than $150,000 I can’t have a lien on the first $150,000 I do not try to take the house I just want her to pay me the money when she sells the house. Can someone help me?
