It's true. As an employee for one of the companies, I've seen Mexicans rent minivans for one day (the Mexican border is not that far from Houston about a 7 hour drive probably less than that), put the charges of the rental on a credit card, and when they return they pay cash to take the charges off the card. I know you're thinking, how do you know they are using the vans to smuggle illiegal immigrants? Well, so of them are not successful. Some of the vans are confiscated at the border, and apparently they need vans to carry people. Do you think there should be legislation against this? BTW, I am not racist, and I am for all immigrants, just not the illegal ones!

Also there's illegal immigrants that work at car rental places too. It's cool though, because if they're hispanic and you're hispanic too, sometimes they let you rent a better car for the same price! At least that happens with me.

A 7-hour drive is "not that far"? You must be kidding me! I can't satnd more than 4 hours of sitting in my a s s behind the wheel!

Besides, smugglers would leave LOTS of clues for the cops to find them. They know better than to RENT a VAN....

Most of them use cheap junk cars or car lot trucks. If i were a smuggler I wouldn't be stupid so as to use my credit card!

Ok, wet back hater, keep gathering funny conspiracy theories, and you'll have enough matrial for a fun (but lame) book!
