White people can get away with anything, cause we're the big bosses or feel we should be due to you know, being taller, coming from countries with more resources, developing technology and science before anyone else due to our cold environments or our explorer ancestors who were kicked out of the south for being too thoughtful, while the lazier people stayed behind. RACIST - And I don't appreciate that. My family usually works from sun-up to sundown. I can't work in the family business because I have three physical conditions that prevent me from doing so (athsma, arthritis, and allergies), but I do have an important job and get the same amount of work done that the two other people with the same position do.

Well, I work for a mattress factory, I am the official "comfort control tester" it only appears that i am being lazy at work when really i am working hard. Whew...it looks like I am in for some over time this week...
Last week some of the big brass from corporate came into the warehouse. One of the vice presidents came in to my area and i was in full R.E.M. sleep, They marveled at my devotion to my work and now I am up for a promotion and a raise.

That's a broad generalization. I worked with a woman from Costa Rica who was no faster than me but we had to go behind her and correct her mistakes constantly. They wouldn't 'fire' her, I guess because she was a 'minority'. If we had been so sorry on our job we would have been given a bad review or fired. There are sorry workers and good workers of all colors and nationalities.

There are certainly some lazy Whites. If they work under me, I fire them. If there is an implication that they are allowed to continue to work because they are White, you are off base. It does not make economic sense to keep or fire some one because of their ethnicity or gender, but rather their ability to show up and produce consistently.

What does that have to do with Immigration?
