I have a very strong opinion about this, but I'll withhold it as I want to know yours. Do you feel that medical malpractice lawsuits in the US are mostly legit or bogus? Do you feel that people in the medical community are pointing blame at trial lawers to protect their own assets, or are they pointing blame at trial lawers because they are on the verge of going out of business?

Do you feel this is a high priority problem in the US?

I am old enough to have personally been aware of most of what has been told in the news for about half a century. The history I remember is not what is being spread all over the internet.

For instance: Originally Palestine existed, then it said that Palestine was never a state so the Palesinians have no rights. Now, since that hasn't worked, Zionists are saying that the land was devoid of people before 1948. And the Arab influx occurred concurrent with the Zionist influx. They are even claiming that it was the Palestinian Jews who fought the British and forced them to abandon Palestine. I've seen pictures of Moshe Dayan and I used to know his wife, Rachel personally. They were not semitic, they were European.

They just can't stand it that alternative sources of news now exist. Why? Doesn't the First Amendment apply to conservatives and liberals and everyone else for that matter? Why is it that liberals always seem to fall behind the excuse republicans love killing and love bloodshed? Do most liberals really belive that conservatives like killing and war? Becasue to me it seems crazy to think that they really trully like killing and war. I think that sometimes war as terrible as it is is neccasary, becasue the peope we are fighting do not respond to words and treaties and cease fires. All they want is to bring death to America and how do you combat that hatred with out having to use violence? Please just answer the questions and don't just post political rhetoric.
