Absolutly YES ... for those who think it's not, concider this,.....literally millions of people, have and continue to do every thing they possibly can (legaly & illegaly) to get into this country. no one is busting down any doors to get into Guatamalla or Cosovo or China or any where else like they are to get here. No we are not pefect,... name a country that is.... Sure we have problems & make mistakes too, ...name even one country that doesn't... Still all of us here are entitled to our own opinions & if you really think the U.S.A. is so stupid, no one is forcing you to stay here, go on move to one of the "smart" countrys then you will be happy & be doing loyal Americans a favor at the same time..... GOD BLESS THE U.S.A.

America is NOT a country, it is a continent.
If you refer to America as USA I am afraid to tell you that USA isn't the greatest nation any more and will never be again. A lot of smaller countries are greater, but you have not realist it yet. The greatness is not in war machines, it is in the education level of the people and remember it is difficult to FOOL around with an educated population. Open your eyes and look around in the world of today, it change fast. There are a lot of smaller countries with a good economy and very good well fare system and an education level high above that USA can produce. If you are in debt as you are, you are not free.

You got to be the most idiotic American to be asking this question. NO! NO! NO! What gives that dumb *** red-necks and trailer trash saying "God Bless America!" Hey, my respond to that saying is what about other countries? Don't they deserve blessings also? This is the problem with the red-state Americans, the arrogance thinking that they are the greatest and everyone else is secondary. Is it a coincidence that almost entire world hate us??? So we go about our lives thinking that it's their problems and not ours?? That right there is another example of arrongance. For example, everyone in the world enjoys soccer and we say that it's boring????? What ignorance and arrogance! Oh by the way, Did you know that most all of Europe, Canada and other advance countries are also wonderful place to live and visit??!! Don't knock other countries until you lived there.

To most people in America that know its history, yes. To other people, most definitely not. Everyone has an opinion on questions like these and it doesn't really matter. I think America is great. I owe my country a lot for what it has done for me, but I'm sure not everyone feels this way, which you will find out soon.

Depends what you mean by "great". Woops, sorry, that sounds like something our last president would say.

I think America is great, but then I even think my in-laws are great. They make mistakes sometimes. They don't know all the right answers like I do. But they all care about other people, and they try to do right by them. Kind of like America.

It has the perfect blend of imperfections mixed with amazing people. I would not want to live anywhere else and have lived in other countries.
