You are true to what you believe tripleD,I don't always agree (almost never to be exact) but you never waiver,right or wrong Id want you on my side in a fight,you are a man of conviction.
Most of the older Mexican people are very well mannered and polite. But as with most younger people,of all nationalities,the young don't have good manners,although southern children are apt to have better manners than their northern counter parts,due to different cultural back grounds and child raising skills.In the south you will get your butt spanked by a parent for being rude or ill mannered.
I cant paint all Mexican people with your paint brush TD,but I feel your pain,about rude people.

I just had one come hook up my Sat dish. First off, he lied two weeks ago, and said that he showed up to my new home to install it, but I wasn't home. I waited all day for the guy. Next, I call him later that evening, and he tells me that he can't come back for 3 weeks. Well, I got our local phone guy on the situation, and this illegal Mexican fella had to come back TODAY. He was real unhappy. He walks in, doesn't speak, and when he does speak I could hardly understand him. He hooks things up, leaves my gates open for the dogs to get out, and leaves my entertainment centers setting out from against the walls. I run out, catch him, and ask him politely to move the entertainment centers back, and to please shut the gates. He jumps out of his van, slams his door, and says, "For starts, maam, the customer should always have the entertainment centers moved when I get here, and maybe your kids opened the gates..." I said, "no Hector, I don't think so..." These people just come here, take our money, and have no respect for our laws! I'm sick of em!

Embarrassed is spelled with an 'e' not 'i' and congratulations does not have a 'd' in it, eluding is spelled with an e....
You must be really pissed, or you do not know how to spell! What is your problem anyways? These people are here looking for a better life and it will take them time to adjust. I know its Arkansas but you need to chill!

I will agree that most of the Hispanics I come into contact with are crude and unmannered. I doubt that they are all that way.
