I have good reason to sue a town. I know that I have all necessary proof to win the matter. I would like to know if there is a suit calculator or how I should figure out how much to sue for.

Does not Israel have a greater responsibility to not bomb them then? When has our government or Police force had a hostage situtiation and the first thing they did was blow the building up where the hostage is. How pissed would you be if you sister was held hostage and the cops first response was to blow up her house. I think people would sing a different tune. Would you give the cops a pat on the back and say thank you. I think not

US immigration protesters scuffle in New York

NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. immigration activists clashed at the site of the World Trade Center on Wednesday when an anti-illegal immigration group called for secure borders to avoid a repeat of the September 11 attacks and counterprotesters yelled "racists go home."

Supporters of the Minuteman Project, which patrols the U.S.-Mexican border for illegal immigrants, and immigrant rights activists, who showed up at the Minuteman event, became involved in a heated argument.

Jim Gilchrist and Jerome Corsi, authors of "Minutemen: The Battle to Secure America's Borders," were whisked away when some immigrant rights supporters broke through a police barrier and scuffled with Minutemen supporters.

so i guess they are more like what they claim us to be. but no one attacked them at their protest.

There was a preacher whose wife was expecting a baby. The preacher went to the congregation and asked for a raise. After much consideration and discussion, they passed a rule that whenever the preacher’s family expanded, so would his paycheck.
After six children, this started to get a bit expensive and the congregation decided to hold another meeting to discuss the preacher’s salary. There was much yelling and bickering about how much the clergyman’s additional children were costing the church.
Finally, the preacher got up and spoke to the crowd. “Having children is an act of God!” Silence fell upon the congregation.
In the back of the room a little old lady stood up and in a frail voice said, “Snow and rain are acts of God, but when we get too much, we wear rubbers!”
Don’t you just love little old ladies?

that are designed to protect our national sovereignty despite the fact we are at a state of war ? Under President Bush's watch , these illegal allien are to be given amnesty as a reward for breaking the law , or allowed to exist as glorified indentured servants of cheap labor . one option demeans the law , the other demeans them to second class , servant class , status .

We have entered a "New World Order" where the American Constitution is just an arcane piece of literature that does not apply to modern society. We the people are losing more and more of our rights. In all probability a Demoncratic government will be elected and our second amendment rights will be completely erased. The current Republicant government is already taken steps to pave the way. The popular vote is a brainwash job and does not mean squat as to who is elected president. The president is "elected" by an electorial coledge.

With the price of gas going up, everything is going up (gorceries, housing, etc...), while our pay goes spiraling downward. The "open" border with Mexico and trade with Communist China garenties that we will only be able to compete economically by working longer hours with less pay. The road to an armed revolution gets shorter every day.

Given the technological advantages of the USA I feel such a move would be unwinable. Comments please.

There is a woman I work with who was telling me that she had won a law-suit for an injury she received from someone hitting her car…that since her accident her left shoulder hurt and was difficult to move….A few weeks before her victory law suit she tells me that back when she lived in Nevada she got hurt at her home when she fell off a ladder and hurt her left shoulder. … Now 3 weeks ago she was involved in another incident where a dump truck moved over to her lane , she freaked out and put her car in a ditch, she said that she did not go to the hospital and her car was dented on the front bumper, now she saying she is unable to move her left shoulder….so now she is on a leave and is suing the company of the dump truck…only thing is last Saturday another coworker and I went to visit her to take her to lunch when we got there she had been painting a bedroom. Which made me question if she really is hurt or is just trying to get some insurance money.
