This is to illustrate their self-rightous hypocricy and the reason Americans boycott there products and tourism. Any country that aides, supports, or harbors terrorist organizations were called upon to relinqish such relationships after 9/11 or it was there choice to become seen as an enemy of the free world.

Any thoughts on David Cameron (that's the leader of the Conservative Party in Britain)? Is he a breath of fresh air and potential force for change, or is he more Blair than Blair?

(It will be interesting, judging by the response, to see how many people really care!)

An Ambassador about to retire has said that Iraq is in a mess on the brink of a civil war. With as many as 50 deaths a day, the situation is out of control. We invaded the country on false doctored evidence, based on lies. We removed the dictator, but the country is currently in chaos with up to 50 civilians and 10 troops dying daily.

Are you proud or ashamed of what we are doing in that beleagured country, and do you have any solutions?.

In the US there are few legal requirements on news broadcasters to provide an unbiased view.
In Ireland and the UK news broadcasters must remain neutral. They must present all sides of an argument and not form a personal opinion.
This does not amount to censorship as it only applies to news programmes.

I know that the news organizations in the US are distrusted by a large amount of people. I've watched Fox News on occasion and can see why.

Would the US benefit from Irish style broadcasting laws?
