Do you think that we have entered the Third World War?

The current 'war' is multinational and fought in many lands.

For example:

USA - Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Sudan
Israel - Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Iraq
Russia - Chechnya
UK - Afghanistan, Iraq
China - East Turkestan (ETIM)
India - Kashmir, Pakistan

There have been conflicts in the past as well as present. As you can see on the right of the group are Islamic nations.

You may contrast this with world war 2 and the spread of faschists and nazis.

Is this the beginning of a new type of world war?

Would he order US military to bomb Iraq or Afghanistan to kill the terrorists?

Would Jesus say if you are not with us to bomb terrorists then you are against us?

Would Jesus say there should be no immediate ceasefire of hostilities in Lebanon.

Honest answers please because I need your answers for a Sunday school discussion. Thanks.

According to the New York Post and other national publications, why is there a survey claiming that 1 in 3 Americans believe that U.S. federal officials assisted in the 9/11 terrorist attacks? It disturbs me to hear this!!! Outrageous!

Think about it , more war means more votes for republicans since the average American trust a republican to handle a wartime America.
PS Don't give me crap about morals and values, there is no such thing as morals and values in politics, whether your a democrat or republican your top priority is to get votes for you and your party, everything else is a second priority.

The United States is rich with oil but the libs won't allow offshore drilling or the building of new refineries. Why is that? All you hear from the libs is "Iraq war is for oil". when does the U.S. start seeing all that oil that we invaded Iraq for? I guess it's Bush's fault that we pay $3.25 for a gallon of gas.

The poor quality of health care and welfare for the poor means that you have one of the worst rates of infant mortality in the industrialised world.

Its been 5 years. they show the WTC planes over and over. why cant they just show a plane going into the pentagon. its not like you can zoom in on classified information flying out the windows. All we get is 3 frames. No i dont know what happened with the plane and passengers. stay on the subject. Why wont the Gov't release a video showing it was without a doubt a plane?!?!

With all the economic, social and political issues we are facing right now and the middle east conflict, plus the war in Iraq, do you really give a damn about Mel Gibson's DUI. The media needs to shut up about it, i don't care if he's gonna go to rehab, so what millions of Americans go to rehab everyday.

America is one of the worst of in the industrialised world for providing foreign aid RELATIVE TO WEALTH.

The link below gives the figures for aid as a PERCENTAGE OF GNP:
http://www.godweb.org/stingy2.htm
(OECD figures)

If you include PRIVATE CONTRIBUTIONS the US only moves up to 15th in the ranking (of the countries included in the list).

Although in purely numerical terms the total given by America may be high, should a millionaire give the same amount to charity as someone living under a bridge.
