He has already been charged so the statute of limitations doesn't really apply here. He's basically a fugitive from justice right now. If I was him I would contact an attorney to get the problem taken care of. I would imagine that his charge was considered a felony. It won't go away simply because so much time has passed. The only way you will be able to find it is if you do a people search.. the kind you have to pay for. However, is this person living under an alias? Was the charge in a different state then where he lives now? You need as much information on the person as you can possibly get. If you find out where the incident occured then you can contact the police there and find out if there is a warrant and what it's for.

Are you the dad's new girlfriend? Was one of the children at the party your child? What is your interest in this family's affairs? What if the party was planned before the son's visit to his dad was arranged? What if the kids were 8 or 9 yrs. old instead of 13? Why do we try to judge someone's actions when we have no idea what the whole scenario is? Mind your own business and don't try to further your interests at the expense of others' reputations.

There probably is not a limit ions on this type of charge., and he most likley will have to do time, while waiting for court. However, if he's change his life and is now a law abiding citizen, the court will take that into consideration. It's best to face the music!!!

You should be able to check for warrants online. Ask the friend where the warrant originated, go online and find if it is still valid. He should be nervous, by the way. Take care of that, sooner than later.

You are wrong he would go to jail. Depending on the extradition on the warrant he could get arrested pretty much anywhere. Warrants never go away unless they are taken care of. I suggest that he contact the municipality that has the warrant and see what it would take to get it taken care of. f
