It certainly would be cheaper than the present selection process of voting. Why can't we vote for a President that way? Ever try to vote for the best answer twice? Can't be done, because the computer or software knows you already answered so only one vote for a President would be insured. The telephone or the computer would insure a better voter turnout.

This was released yesterday. Basically says the 9/11 commission mulled over criminal investigation into why the story that was told by the pentagon and the FAA transmission tapes were so different.

They opted not to and the FAA report is finished or being finished and they may pursue a criminal investigation.

Thoughts? Opinions? If it turns out that an investigation says they DID lie (whoever 'they' end up being), will that make you question the entire 9/11 story?

if you havenet noticed our country is gettin a lil bit big.it starting to swell.soon we will need more space for all the immigrants (illegals too)and since mexico has alot of land there not using should they give us some if we ask ? i mean we are supporting there whole country just about.and can we just take by force like the illegals wont leave??serious qeustion maybe we can adopt an illegal for like what an acre?

I know that politicians make the rules and that in the USA there is a rule called Impeachment but that has specific wrongs that need to be met before it can be done and I find no error with that. I do think that after a shorter period of time, every year, the people should be able to either oust the leader or make a serious change in his or her policies without having to wait for the full term to be completed. The politicians make the laws I know but isn't it convenient how they shape things to allow themselves such controls once they are in power.

I'm not an economist, but the minimum wage has stayed the same for 10 years but the prices for um EVERYTHING has stadily gone up. Compare going to the movies 10 years ago and going to the movies today. A BIG difference. So why say that if the wage is raised things are going to be more expensive. They are going to be expensive anyway. So why not just give the people a raise???

I don't believe our current administration is warmongering, I believe people don't understand our enemy. These are people who stay in the streets and demand death to America and Israel, call America the Great Satan, burn U.N. flags, raid U.N. embassies, SUICIDE themselves to blow up Americans.

On our last hunting trip my buddy, Dick Channey told me that he has secrete CIA studies that indicate there is enough oil in the hair of French people to satisfy the energy needs of America for the next thirty three years. Furthermore he says this resource is infinitely easier to tap. You don’t have to drill any wells, you simply wring the grease out into barrels and ship it straight to the refinery. He is seriously considering asking George and Condi to call out the troops. What are your thoughts?
