Do you think the Pentagon Lied?

Question

This was released yesterday. Basically says the 9/11 commission mulled over criminal investigation into why the story that was told by the pentagon and the FAA transmission tapes were so different.

They opted not to and the FAA report is finished or being finished and they may pursue a criminal investigation.

Thoughts? Opinions? If it turns out that an investigation says they DID lie (whoever 'they' end up being), will that make you question the entire 9/11 story?

Try to be civil, mainly looking for opinions. Not about con or lib.

Began doing some research DEP. Kind of funny how people must agree with your views to be considered as educated! Your obsession with conspiracy theories is killing you. Yes I researched these theories and I have also talked with people who were at the pentagon and in New York on 9/11. Terrorist flew those plane into those buildings and bin laden has accepted responsibility. Has the Pentagon ever lied? yes Has our President ever lied? yes Have I ever lied? yes. But DEP you act as if you have never lied! Is this TRUE?

The FAA has primary responsibility for flights within the Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ). For military action to have occurred, the FAA would have had to notify NORAD in a timely manner, enough to take action for interception to occur. That didn't happen. The only action taken was 2 Jets launched from Michigan for United 93. FAA had no time to coordinate on the two that hit the WTC, and did not have a clue that this was a terrorist act since the emergency transponders did not indicate either plane was hi-jacked. The same was true of the plane that hit the Pentagon. Not enough reaction time. Too much of a shock factor.

Absotively (ABSOlutely and posiTIVELY). They know that John Kerry lied about his medals in Viet Nam and are covering for him.

As for 9/11. Who knows? What exactly are you talking about? In any investigation there are always differing stories and no one actually 'lied'. People remember the same thing in different ways and they all are telling the truth as they know it.
