I have good reason to sue a town. I know that I have all necessary proof to win the matter. I would like to know if there is a suit calculator or how I should figure out how much to sue for.

There is no suit calculator. You need to hire a lawyer, and fast, because there are all kinds of EXTRA notice requirements that cut down on your statute of limitations to sue a town, plus all the extra process that must be completed

You can sue, anybody, for anything, but since you failed to state the reason why you are suing a TOWN, it is clear, before you give thousands $$$$ to a shyster lawyer, you should calm down & reasses the reason why your sensibilities were disturbed by that evil TOWN that you need to sue it. Good Luck!

It depends on the result of the reason you're suing them.. were you physically hurt.. you'll get the most money.. did you lose your job? You might get a couple years worth of pay.. it's up to you and your lawyers to sit and decide what you should be asking for based on what happened to you.

You sue them for your damages and attorney's fees. If you weren't damaged, no case.
