There is a woman I work with who was telling me that she had won a law-suit for an injury she received from someone hitting her car…that since her accident her left shoulder hurt and was difficult to move….A few weeks before her victory law suit she tells me that back when she lived in Nevada she got hurt at her home when she fell off a ladder and hurt her left shoulder. … Now 3 weeks ago she was involved in another incident where a dump truck moved over to her lane , she freaked out and put her car in a ditch, she said that she did not go to the hospital and her car was dented on the front bumper, now she saying she is unable to move her left shoulder….so now she is on a leave and is suing the company of the dump truck…only thing is last Saturday another coworker and I went to visit her to take her to lunch when we got there she had been painting a bedroom. Which made me question if she really is hurt or is just trying to get some insurance money.

Report her, after all it is your money she is stealing maybe not directly but in the end we all have to pay for it.
She will never even have to know it was you.

I would anonymously report her to the insurance company... it's fraud plain and simple.. and that's never right. If you know about something fraudulent, you have a moral responsibility to tell someone. Report it to the insurance company, and they will find out if it's true from there.

Do nothing. The insurance companies she is suing have lawyers and investigators to uncover this evidence if they want to. It is up to them to protect themselves. Believe me, they have the money. Getting involved can only turn out badly for you.
