Not only is it not a cancer risk, but it could help save 3 million Africans a year with its use. Why do the WHO and other aid organizations refuse to spend money on such a beneficial pesticide?

Please don't start with the demise of bird life... it has been shown that if DDT is used in proper/small amounts around villages and areas where there are humans it will decrease malaria dramatically. The bird issue was due to the fact that we sprayed DDT on EVERYTHING all the time, even picnicking human beings.

Here are just three very minor items that remain dubious...

Hillary's six-figure score trading cattle futures still demands an accounting. In less than a year, she saw a $1000 investment grow to nearly $100,000, a mammoth windfall considering she and her husband had a combined income of about $60,000.

Though she has dismissed it as an intellectual exercise, Hillary can expect to again be derided for what journalist Bob Woodward first reported as her frequent "seances" with Eleanor Roosevelt.

How about Hillary's advocacy on behalf of Black Panther Bobby Seale, then on trial in New Haven for murdering a suspected snitch. Might work real well when Giuliani is receiving the 2008 Presidential endorsement of some police fraternal organization.

While she probably should not be saddled with her husband's shameful record and legacy of sexual misconduct, from groping to rape, Hillary will have to answer for her own complicity in covering up those many sexploits!

It is so confusing. If I say I'm Redpublican then I will lose a lot of the black vote. If I say I'm a smurf (blue stater) then I miss out on the support that my fellow Redpublicans can give me.

The application does not have a check box for indipendent etc.

My thought is to Say I'm a demo then waffle. Redpublicans will embrace me. And Blues will always forgive that kind of action.

If I do it close to the election the blacks will not even know I switched.

I am a British Citizen, my partner is Canadian.
We are marrying in Canada.

I read on here day after day about how people bi tch and complain about bush, or how they hate america, or so on.... My question is how many of you have been to a country outside of america and can honestly say its better than what we have here! We have way more freedom than anyone gives us credit for!
