I am on the Federal Do Not Call List. This just started happening - 2 to 3 messages a day all of a sudden. No, I have not signed up for anything recently.

Charities, politicians and anyone that you have a business relationship with can still call. For example, your credit card company or bank.

Politicians especially like to record their messages for our machines because none of us want to speak to any of them voice to voice, lol.

Yeah i'm getting them on my cell phone - it's a pain, as much as I hate telemarketers i'd rather have a person call me than a message... report the company to the FCC.

Non profit organizations (like political groups) are exempt from the do not cal lists.

It's the aliens trying to contact you in an attempt to gain your "Bill Gates" knowledge!!! Or maybe they just want to talk to your cat.
