Yeah you would get the chair most likely. I mean a guy in Texas pistol whipped a guy for breaking into his ranch, I believe this happended repeatedly along with other items resulting in destruction of the goes property. Anyway, the illegals sued him and he lost his ranch. A PERSON COMES HERE ILLEGALLY AND GETS TO SUE US?!?!

Wether they are breaking the law is irreleveant. The only relevance is your intention. If it is genuine accidental then it is not murder, however it could be manslaughter.
