Although he died in office he was elected to four terms. No other president served over 8 years and I thought that was how it was originally set up in the constitution or was this added after Roosevelt's 4 terms.

40% of the U.S. budget is spent on retired people - and the Baby Boomers haven't even retired yet. It now takes the social security taxes of three working people to pay for one retiree's benefits. And people are living longer...and longer...

Yet young peole helped lead the charge to kill social security reform. Without drastic change, your tax rate could be 60% or more by the time you're 30 years old and trying to raise a family.

I'm not advocating any particular stance. I'd just like to know if this scares you, if you think it's a problem, and how this can be solved.

my question is, why do peple want to kill a living being to get the stem cell. adult stem cells do just as much and nobody is killed. im not a republican, but it seems to be a common sense answer. i mean, killing babies to get the stem cell for research is a lot like ripping someones heart out where they stand to see how it pumps. its ridiculous. also, to say something, i admit that cells in a human body r not life, except at conception because its the earliest stage of life. i also admit that it has many uses, but in reality embryonic stem cell research is just murder, and a good alternative is adult stem cell research, which is much more moral. as a note, i normally hate bush, but he was right on this one. i do not want my tax dollars going to the killing of innocent PEOPLE. now if only he could pull our troops back. what do u think on this issue, please be detailed.

Does the D.A. take school into consideration?..Here's the situation..The offender committed a felony crime..Let's say an aggravated ..The offender's school year is about to come up in Aug. 2006 and his preliminary hearing is in Sept. 2006..He's planning on taking a plea bargain ( A Deal), which would most likely be boot camp or jail time. and on top of that probation..The question is, knowing that he starts school and AUG. 2006 and his hearing is in SEPT 2006, could the D.A. make out a way to where the penalty won't effect the offender's schooling?..can they subsitute boot camp or jail time with counseling or community service which will make it convient for the offender to make it through his full school year?..please give accurate feedback.. thank you
