The official title of Vice-President goes to LimpDick Cheney, oil man extraordinaire who valiantly fights on in the never-ending battle for "truth, justice, and the American way" (i.e., excessive corporate profits, cheating, overbilling and fraud committed against American taxpayers so he and his buddies at Bechtol and Halliburton can get richer and richer and richer).
BUT, technically, many people believe that Cheney is really the President. George Bush is just his puppet, doing as he's told.
If that's the case, then Bush is just a heartbeat away from the Presidency...if Cheney ever has a fatal heart attack, Bush could be the #1 stooge in America! -RKO-

Technically, its Dick Cheney - but anyone who knows anything knows he's really running the show and Karl Rove is his VP. Bush is just a figurehead. And a bad one at that.
