Does the D.A. take school into consideration?..Here's the situation..The offender committed a felony crime..Let's say an aggravated ..The offender's school year is about to come up in Aug. 2006 and his preliminary hearing is in Sept. 2006..He's planning on taking a plea bargain ( A Deal), which would most likely be boot camp or jail time. and on top of that probation..The question is, knowing that he starts school and AUG. 2006 and his hearing is in SEPT 2006, could the D.A. make out a way to where the penalty won't effect the offender's schooling?..can they subsitute boot camp or jail time with counseling or community service which will make it convient for the offender to make it through his full school year?..please give accurate feedback.. thank you
