What do you think President George W Bush would do if one or both of his twin daughters turned out to be bisexual?

He has pushed the marriage between only a man and woman law through out terms, not allowing marriage between two souls who truely love each other under law in most states. So now he has a problem, his daughter is bisexual. Will he only support her if she falls in love and marries a man, or will he still support her if she falls in love and wants to marry another girl? Will he change his mind now that it deals with his own family? Will he want equal rights for all people now? It would make me laugh if one of his daughters was truely bi.

If you do not know much about being bi check out the link to know the truth from the myths:
http://www.hrc.org/Template.cfm?Section=Coming_Out_as_Bi&Template=/ContentManagement/ContentDisplay.cfm&ContentID=32351

Oh and please no religion know-it-alls, God loves all his children and love is love. I want real answers & opinions.

What should I say to the judge? Are there any "hot buttons" or anything that could help to reduce my sentance? It is for a DUI. Does anyone have a lot of experience with DUI cases and what to say to judges when asked "Do you have anything to say to the court?"

It really was a dumb mistake. I have not driven drunk since I was a teenager. Does any of that matter to the judge? Thanks.

My husband is all excited to join the navy, but he wants to wait until he fininshes his BA in three years. He will be 23 at that time, but he really wants to fly. he saiys he'll try to get to Florida for Officer Flight school so I know he'll talk to a recruter, but I was wanting some "real" input, not just their sale. What are his chances of being deployed? Are the men on the aircraft ships safe? If he's deployed, where would I live?

Any information or real life experinces would be helpful. I've heard of people signing up and then things really change and they end up feeling like they were misled.

Is it because Syria and iran are too strong that Israel launches her war on Lebanon for the second time once in 1982 and now in 2006? does it have a complicit agreement with Syria to wage their wars on Lebanon's grounds?

Alright, I'm not exactly coining a phrase there.

But seriously. What's the major source of strife, and why do we resort to violence? I've come to the realization that mutual exclusivity is inherently divisive, and by extension the source of most conflicts. It's also at the core religious faith and national pride... making fairly prevalent, to say the least.

Other arguments for the source of military conflicts? Economics? Power? Righteous faith?

And perhaps more importantly - are we doomed to carry on as such violent creatures indefinitely?

Opponents of stem cell research say using human embryos is wrong because life begins a conception. An embryo, having already been concieved, is human life. Therefore using human embryo is tantamount to experimenting on people like you and me.
They also say adult stem cell research (which doesn't destroy life) has already yeilded some treatments or cures, while embryonic stem cell research has not.

Supporters of embryonic stem cell research say it holds enormous promise for curing or treating all kinds of deseases and ailments.

Back to the original question. Since it's RESEARCH right now, why not use stem cells from chimpanzee (or other animal) embryos? If it works, then we can worry about the ethics of using human embryos.

This seems like such an obvious compromise....am I missing something? Or is the whole ESCR debate purely politics?

I don't imagine that isreal is going to move their whole country. Afterall the US supports Isreal and feels bad because of what Hitler did.
Iran, syria, former Iraq, some of russia and some of Europe support the Palistinians because they were invaded.

Why do people want US army to come back from Iraq? Isn't it a good combat experience for them to be there? Why Americans whine so much when a soldier is supposed to fight and willing to die for its army? You can die from car accident in homeland and isn't it honorable to die in combat? Or do they join army for free money and education only? and not for the love of the army and your country? How can they make good soldiers if they do not like combats?
