Just so you know, you can marry her with her tourist visa but just keep in mind that she WILL NOT become a legal citizen just because you are married. I am married to someone who came here illegally and the laws that state they will become a citizen if they marry one, have been put on hold.

Marriage never confers any automatic legal status, and it certainly does not confer citizenship. Marrying a US citizen has NEVER given automatic citizenship.
You can marry her while she's in the US on a tourist visa. She can't change from B1B1 to K1, but you can, once you marry her, to file an I-130 petition for her as your CR-1 spouse, and then help her file an I-485 to adjust status to legal resident.

I don't know if a B visa will do, but it won't affect her immigration status. She won't automatically become a citizen or permanent resident, even tough you're married. You have to go through immigration to do that.

I would contact the nearest US immigration office. Immigration/visa laws are changing constantly. Don't use Yahoo Q&A to get a legal answer like this one.

You can marry her without much ado. Whatever the two of you can do afterwards in terms of getting permanent residence for her is another story.

Absolutely not, but if you are a serious asker, this is not the place for what you need. See an immigration lawyer as soon as possible.

k1 only good for to people outside u.s.
you can still marry her, but for her to stay in this country legally, she has to go back to her country and you have to apply for cr-1 if you get marry, k1 if not
she can't stay in u.s. after her visa expires
