remember that you're asking this question to mostly an American audience..... soooooooooo..... of course, most of them aren't going to know who the hell Hugo Chavez is?! You're asking for miracles, dude. Most of them can't even find America on a world map, for Christ's sake..... or even spell 'America' for that matter. But I bet they all know the latest hits by Britney Spears, Beyonce', and Korn.
BTW, to answer your question..... I'd bake him a chocolate cake and talk about our favorite episodes of "Miami Vice". And, yes, I know he's the president of Venezuela.... and he's no friend of America.

I'd say hello! And ask him for some comic material about the current Administration. Then I'd make sure he had security, since The Reverend Pat Robertson put that hit out on him.

He did. Twice. One in Quebec City and the other in Bogota. I like him, and it's good for the Latin America geopolitics to have him. Well, as you can see I'm not a Venezuelan, but I hope that he'll create a new tradition of stopping bullies like the US and putting local national interests atop of the agenda.

I'd ask him if he was related to Nick Chevez who sells hair products on QVC and ask if he was smiling because Nick just flocked his hair.
