Since slavery and oppression in america was about 400 years long, and equality under the law has been only about 40-50 years, what is the social responsibility of all americans to even the uneven economic playing field. Especially since the U.S became an economic powerhouse directly from the free labor of slaves.

Lets face it........

Carter gave Amnesty in 1976

Reagan gave Amnesty in 1986

Clinton gave Amnesty in 1996

Now Bush wants to give Amnesty in 2006

When is it Enough????

Or should we do nothing for another 10 years while the problem gets even worse????

It's gotten so bad that I'm currently Researching the Legalities and Financial cost of starting a Private Police Force to Enforce the Laws that are currently on the Books.

Before some of you start ranting......It can be done Legally in Arizona,Still researching the other Border States......

I personally think it would be more cost effective to build a 15ft Concrete wall,and yes that would be expensive, but so is the financial Burden Illegals cost the American Taxpayer......

What do you think?

I have no problems working on the construction of the wall myself.
Neither would thousands of other Americans....

There is such a thing as poor Americans....Seems people forget that fact too Often....

Both are just as crooked and mislead as the other, and independent is too broad of a term. Are there any other political party choices in America? It saddens me that our options are so slim, because all these people are the same, and just pretend to be different.

Things are getting better and we need to stay and finish the job. Granted I don't know all the troops in Iraq but my question is, Who better to know what they need to do? I hear alot of "bring them home now!" But I never heard it out of our troops mouth. Why don't people believe them and keep trying to get them home? thanks

I need to find out who owns a house in North Carolina. I know that you can look up who pay taxes on a house but I cannot seem to find it for NC. Please help my 3-year-old son got attacked by a dog while we were vacationing there and I cannot get anyone to claim that they own the house. My brother rents it (his boss rents it out but someone else in the family owns it but they will not say who) and the previous renter left his rottweilers their and one attacked my boy and I am trying to get his medical bills paid. So if anyone can help that would be great. And yes I have all ready contacted a lawyer but they can't do anything until they know who owns the house.

First off, Semites are people from the middle East. The Arabs and only a small portion of the Jews in the middle East are Semites. The majority of Israelis are of European background and are not semitic.

And, more importantly, why doesn't the American public have access to the truth about the occurrences there? Why is it when Israel is on the offensive we hear more about the slaughter of Jews that happened more than a half a century ago than we do about things that are happening right now> Is this a red herring to keep our attention away from the slaughter?
(I do not intend to diminish the fact that innocent Israelis are killed, too. When Mamma cries, Jewish or Moslem, her tears flow just as freely)

They leave instead of improve there country, because its in turmoil yet they fly there flags. If the US ever became like Mexico, I'd fight to change it instead of just leaving. Do they hate their country or are they just lazy?
