demonstrated military front to america, we are already at war with Irag and some of the middle east, what the hell is going on we are heading for self-destruction facing two ruthless beast of countrys like this, what do you think.

Are you serious.
1st, we are not at war WITH Iraq; though it may sound like a technicality, the gov't of Iraq is not at war with the US; though we are at war with factions that do not want the US IN Iraq.
2nd, And while I believe the Iraq war was a poor choice by the US gov't--and those that voted for BUSH (either time)--that situation has nothing to do with what might happen with NKorea, except that NK is trying to show off its muscle so we dont go there.
3rd, the NK situation may end up in WW3 at the provocation of NK; the US will not unilaterally go into NK; I'd guarantee it if I could.
SO, relax..............

The short answer is no. The long answer is just more fun.
North Korea poses a threat, their missile tests and plutonium enrichment for their atomic bomb program prove this. While there is a lot of finger pointing and political posturing going on, there is more hysteria than actual realism.
The fact that North Korea can hit Alaska with a nuclear tipped missile means what specifically? It's not like we're drilling in anwar right now anyway. The wildcard in this entire situation is the Chinese.
The simple fact of the matter is they want a nuclear equipped, hostile, unstable North Korea about as much as the rest of us want a screaming infection in our private parts. I am having a hard time taking the north Koreans seriously, perhaps I am mistaken, but for the time being - I don't think so. It seems to me that it's all political posturing in attempts to get financial and food aid from the west. Notice, this all came about after we started putting huge carrots in front of Iran...

We as a country need to think things through. We have lost thousands of soldiers in Iraq. We are not up to par for a million man army. This country is doomed if Bush isn't out of office.
