You are in an accident, no fault of your own, and are seriously injured and can't work, therefore can't pay any bills; should the at fault party be held responsible for your bills so you won't lose your possessions and your family is saved from financial ruin?

Just looking to evaluate my physical condition prior to enlistment in the US Army, and improve it. If any current/former men/women in the US Army/Army Rangers can give me an idea as to what I should do to prepare myself both physically/mentally for a future (hopefully) career (until 60) as a US Ranger it would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

What I am asking in short above is if the subset of Fundementalis Christians who judge, look down on, ostracize, and otherwise proclaim the unacceptable nature of others's law abiding behavior, sometimes calling that behavior an "abomination against God," are they themselves violating one of God's laws as spoken by Jesus of Nazareth when he prevented the imminent stoning of a "Sinner Woman" by speaking the words "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone?" I know fundementalists read the bible as the word of God exactly as God directed the hands of the men who wrote it to write it. They don't interpret it, but doesn't it seem that the quote in question means that "all of you mortal humans are sinners, whether your sins become public or are kept secret, you are all sinners and therefore you should not judge each other's sins?"
This is political as these very people invoke their absolute and certain "knowledge of God's will" to lobby for new laws & the overturn of others!

and schools are crumbling

It seems like it’s a class issue, because there are things going on underneath this spectacle of war, and the Bush administration is using it as a distraction for the ills of this country that are being not only ignored but exacerbated.

My fiancee left today for his Army basic training. What's a good way to deal with him being gone? I can't hang out with all my friends because he has reasons not to like them and I don't want to break my promise.

I have a grandfather with Alzheimer's who was recently put in a nursing home. His nurses say it would be OK if I take him to my home (5 minutes away from his nursing home) for visits. My husband is afraid that if we take him to our home, and anything happens to him (broken ankle, etc.) that his kids would probably sue us, and cause me a lot of mental anguish in the process. They are money-hungry, but-if the home lets me sign him out, and we have homeowners insurance, could they really have a suit against me?

Israeli Terrorist Have caused the death of over 13 Palestinian children in the last few days. Why is it The world Turns a blind eye to the Israeli Regime with all the carnage, terrorism, and murder they cause to children and women in palestine. I know that sometimes they might kill a palestinian terrorist but mostly they have been targeting civilians.

Let's be real, Moussaoui was just a militant screwball and had nothing to do with 9/11. AQ just announced who the real 20th hijacker was.

So the question remains: with the thousands of people that the US has captured and tortured since 9/11, why hasn't anyone in 4.5 years been brought up on charges in court for the 9/11 "attacks"?
