Let's be real, Moussaoui was just a militant screwball and had nothing to do with 9/11. AQ just announced who the real 20th hijacker was.

So the question remains: with the thousands of people that the US has captured and tortured since 9/11, why hasn't anyone in 4.5 years been brought up on charges in court for the 9/11 "attacks"?

Ok, I should have added that the 20 alleged hijackers must have needed many other supporters and conspirators to make this happen. Many of them are named in various publications.

You cannot take dead men to trial. Plenty of others have been tried and taken in for other terrorist threats, but their was no conclusive evidence that linked them to 911. The rest of the men that we know for sure were involved, are dead.

well, the hijackers that actually executed the attacks died in them, so they cant be tried.

osama bin laden has not been captured.

khalid shaikh mohammed has already been captured and is being held by the US military at a secret location.

as far as their support network, it is most likely very similar to the Talibans or Al Quieda (sp?) and money flows travel through government and military agencies of several different countries which the united states military cannot follow with current intelegence gathering methods. also, siad governments will not cooperate with a US investigation, so the number of given choices is hampered at best.
without full cooperation of parties involved, the supply network is just too complex to follow with individial servailence operatives and cannot be stopped as such.

Several reasons

1. Cause the hijackers were all killed

2. Bin Laden has not been captured

3. Khalid Shaikh Mohammed--the mastermind behind the attacks was captured in Pakistan and is currently being hled in an undislcosed location being interrogated.

What difference would it make really, if 100 people were convicted?

What would the world be like if humanity was able to forgive?

Yeah, I know, that's a BIG REACH given the subject.
It's just a thought.....

When a hornet stings you, what happens if you decide to go swat the nest? Do all the hornets suddenly decide stinging is wrong and stop stinging?
But then, if you don't do anything maybe the hornet nest gets HUGE and attacks again?

If people weren't afraid to die, they wouldn't be so busy killing each other.....

Well, for one, those directly involved in the hijackings were on the planes, and they're all dead now. And it doesn't make sense to go after them. As for the planners, either they're not in custody or the government doesn't have enough evidence to convict them.

because the people who did it are dead and no one knows if anyone else was involved.
