It may surprise you, but a couple weeks ago when President Bush and Prime Minister Tony Blair held a joint news conference at the White House, Bush came across as the more eloquent of the two.

Hard to believe, but Bush was really shining. I guess what they say about "practice makes perfect" sometimes works.
