First, get off the racial kick. It will only make you look worse in court and to everyone else.
If you are trying to get custody away from someone who already has the child, then there is the problem. Courts are not normally willing to take the child away from one parent and just give to the other without significant legal evidence (not just you and word of mouth). Do you have any solid evidence of the drug use and dealing? If not, you are out of luck. To the courts, every Tom, Dick and Harry and female counterparts yell "he's on drugs" when they want to be the custodial parent. They hear it a thousand times a day with no evidence to show for it. Now, if he gets arrested for it and you can get CPS involved, you may have a chance, but you will be investigated too, to make sure that you are living clean yourself. For your sake, I hope you are.

Okay. I do not know where Bucks County PA is, nor do I know the legal remedies to assist in the winning a custody case of this nature. I would suggest findlaw.com for a councilor in your area.
I am sure, by reading what you wrote, that it most likely is not a black and white issue. Not trying to be rude, just a thought.
The crack issue is prevalent to be sure. Not withstanding the home environment lacks a little something. Don't you think?

What you do is you prove that you can provide a more stable environment for your child than the drug addict. Bring up criminal history, past abuses, examples of neglect, etc. I don't care how racist people are, those with kids will sympathize because they'd hate to see their own child in the same situation.

I'm sorry that you have to go through that but just keep going to court and they will see how much your child means to you and that all that matters is your child. God Bless!!!!

So sorry for all that your going through...although I don't have a legal response for you on this all I can say is..."""""You go to court as many times as it takes..."""""
GOOD LUCK!
I also think that all the responses you have received so far are cruel and childish...Hang in there.

237 times.
Thank God you're not Hispanic. They have to go to court 453 times!!
P.S. White people don't have to go to court at all. We just get whatever we ask for.
