I have a situation with a woman under the age of eighteen who is set on marriage with her boyfriend in San Diego, California. I know you can get a marriage license if you have a parent consent and counseling for three hours. Now, here is my question. Her boyfriend is over the age of eighteen, and she is not. Technically, it is illegal for them to be together. Would that hinder the marriage for them? Are they even allowed to get engaged? What is the law on engagement with a minor? Please help. This young woman would be very appreciative. Please, do not type things like, "she shouldn't be getting married at that age anyway". I'm also just curious for my own information what the law is. I don't need opinions, thank you.

is there a system used when a social securtiy number is issued to an individual, or is it random. I assumed that if someone was older the social security number would be lower. example the older would start with 551 and the younger person would be for instance 553 not the other way around. Educated me on this matter

Its been almost 3 years since Republicans have caught that mean, bad man Saddam...I know the typical repug response will be its the Iraqi court, bla bla bla....but everyone in USA has spent BILLIONS to catch that mean bad man...why aren't the Repugs at least buzzing about justice being done NOW...not 6 years from now?

No giving the excuse its the "Iraqi court"...Bush is KING of Iraq, why isn't he pushing for justice NOW?

Why are the Republicans letting Saddam have his way in court and letting him throw tantrums and boycotting his own trial?

Republicans have no balls to force this issue?
(Like Bush)

Within the next year, Dick Cheney suffers another heart attack and asks the President permission to resign. Condi Rice is appointed VP by the Pres (like J Ford after Agnew resigned) and is an incumbent in time for the 2008 elections.

I'm curious why they would risk everything to come here. I know they come to work for very low wages-the reason is? What are the economic reasons, political reasons, etc. There has to be more to it that just dollars a day.

Many people out there, some even American believe that the terrible acts were not carried out by Usama Bin Laden but by others. Some even put the blame on Bush, I know it all sounds very far-fetched but there are so many of these various different theories out there, it is hard not to take a bit of notice!

I mean, many kids still are held back in school, so I just think that's some nonsense of how the president wants everyone to like him after he let many soldiers die after sending them out to Iraq at a bad time. What do you think?

When have you had a parade and burned another countries flag or hung it upside down in our own let another country? When have you marched with Illegals criminals and in doing so supported their rights to crime? And would you march with such a crowd?
When was the last time you demanded from another country to support you? When have you named a day to hurt "another" country economy? When have you demanded that Canada our neighbor open their borders so our sick and poor can get in since our government won't help them? When have you demanded that Brazil should help us get alternative oil to help us since our country won't? When did this become alright?
