Cuba ;-) I honestly think that's the only Island that won't extradite American criminals...

Why, are you about to go to prison? I hear the US Virgin Islands are nice - oh wait, that is the US - try Puerto Rico!!! :) Yeah that'll do. Make sure you check in with the local police. Offer them a bribe to make sure you aren't extradicted. They'll really appreciate that.

Cuba actually has an extradition treaty, though it's unclear if it would ever actually be enforced. The Cayman Islands do not.
