She had her Children taken away several years ago but was unable to do anything about it. She is really wanting someone to be an advocate for her. She has gone through alot of mental distress because of this. She just does not understand how they could say she was capable to take care of one of the children but not all three. She really needs someone to help her to find out how the state of Kansas could legally do this.

After working in a department for over a year, I was publicly given a promtion to "site manager" (signs posted and everything). Two days later, I was told it wasn't official, and had to apply for it. A week later, I was told it would be a month trial basis, then they would decide what to do. I have been doing the job, with the title on my name tag for almost a month. Do I have a legal right to believe what management has told me, or is this "stringing along" legal? If I am in the right, where can I find the official information?

I am trying to file for child support and was told by a woman(who seemed like she didn't want to help me) at the district court house that i need to get these papers:

Petition
TDO "?"
T/PRO "?"
information sheet

If you know the right documents that i need, please tell me. If i go through a child support agency it will take about a year or more to recieve support from the father. If i do it myself the process will take half the time.

are sneaking into the U.S. to work,then, WHY do you see all these YOUNG guys sneaking across the border,when it shows them on the news??!! They are usually between 18-22 yrs. old!! And, also,there was a survey done, on the type of illegals coming into the country,and it said that, the MAJORITY of illegals sneaking into the country are NOT poverty level people, who are just looking for work to support their family!!!! SO,who does that LEAVE then??? It leaves the people who are JUST coming here for GREED alone!!!!!!!!!!

Based on the Census Bureau's annual report on poverty in the United States states the following about persons defined as "poor:"

6% of all "poor" households actually own their own homes
75% of all "poor" households have air conditioning
Only 6% of "poor" households are overcrowded
The average "poor" American has more living space than the average non-poor individual living in Paris, London, Vienna and Athens
Nearly 3/4 of "poor" households own a car
97% of those classified as poor have color TVs and 78% have a VCR or DVD player.

The economy is doing really well and America has reached an all time high in take home earnings!
