In1938 after the delaration was signed by Adolf Hitler which was known as the Munich Agreement he came home happy and quoted "I believe it is peace in our time". Hitler of course broke the agreement.

More or less the same reaction we get today from the DoS, UN and [quite regrettably] all of our "brave" politicians, regarding Iran & North Korea.
