Dram Shop refers to establishments selling alcohol. The Dram Shop Act, in general terms, provides when the sellers of alcohol (say like a bartender or restaurant) will be civilly liable for serving alcohol to someone. Say, for instance, a bar sold a already drunk patron their 30th drink and the patron got in their car, drove and hit someone. The business owner can be sued by the victim.

Dram Shop laws refer to the selling of liquors. I'm assuming (perhaps wrongly) that at one time liquor was sold by the dram.

Aww man! I'm a theater kid and I would never treat someone like that. I'm more of the I practice my lines speak to people when they speak to me. Cause I'm quite shy. Then I shut the hell up, cause those kids are vicious. They're super judge mental and think they're going to be famous by just doing theater classes. Well wake up and smell the roses! Just because you take a theater class doesn't mean your going to be famous! You have to take various acting classes! I wish I could just sock half of them kids in the face. SO annoying! Gosh! I do both and I even don't think I'm going to be famous! So people just need to be put in there place!
