So let me explain, you know how people google themselves? well i did the same thing but on a different site and with my friends names. When I looked up her name websites came up I clicked on one, and child porn came up, I've known her since we were little girls and this was her, when she was 9 years old till she was 15 the much older man was her step dad, which I knew he had raped her, her whole childhood. The website was in a different language, and it had awful pictures of her step dad doing things to her you never see his face though, you see hers. It shows her name on top which i was able to make out in the other language, and it showed pictures of her from different ages starting at 9-15 then it skipped to now (she is 20 years old and recently got into adult films) I don't know what I should do..do I tell her? Is their a way to get it deleted? This isn't the only site, about 10 others... Shes a great girl, i feel so bad for her..

The arresting officer lied to a Grand Jury in order to file charges. Part of the bond condition added by the Judge was weekly UA's, which came to several hundred dollars. I spent almost 5 mos. in jail on a contempt charge, which would have never occured had these charges not been filed. My utilities were shut off during my incarceration, lost work, & now stay with friends while trying to put my life back together. Can I sue for the time spent in jail? Can I be reimbursed for the cash spent on bond and on the UA fees? I live in Johnson County, Texas. Should I get a lawyer? (Mine was court appointed). In December I was vilated on parole. When I went to reinstatement hearing, they said the my whole warrant was illegal, and I was being held illegally, and the were violating "Do Process of Law". I want to sue. They released me but it was 90 days later.

In the bathroom wall at school it was found that someone had written a direct death threat threatening to kill two people with a gun at a specific time. Deans have been notified, but what can be done now (this is for a friend) because the evidence rather strongly points to a specific kid? The deans do not seem to care too much about it, and the police are taking it slowly; what can be done besdies waiting for them? And what would happen to someone who was convicted of this? How about this idea. Lower income tax to a very low level or no tax on it at all. Then increase sales tax to a higher level that would support the loss in income tax ( i don't know what percentage that would be you would have to do some major research, maybe a 20% - 25% sales tax ). I think that this could work becuase Americans in general, as major consumers, buy and buy and buy everything we want and more even if we don't need it. Things like ebay shows that we love to buy and sell. Also, the income tax right now is only hurting the lower income and middle income families (not the rich people becuase what do they care about a portion of their money going away when they still have hundreds of thousands left). Using this higher sales tax, wouldn't it help everyone, especially the poor, since they have learned the valuable lesson to only buy what one needs?
