President Bush and Congress, why don't you listen to the people?

80% of the American people want legal immigration drastically reduced. This percentage holds for all Americans: black, white, Hispanic, Asian and native Americans. Of course even a higher percentage wants illegal immigration stopped. People have wanted this for decades. Reform the countries immigration laws NOW and quit selling out to the special interest groups and the political action committees.

I think the reason both our Republican and Democratic rep's are ignoring the American people is due to their special interest ties. All of them are trying to earn PAC points and post politic employment, by keeping the average guy underemployed and under paid. This keeps all the people near the top raking in all the money. We are gonna be stuck trying to figure out how we are going to support our kids and grandkids, since the only jobs that most will have available to them if there are any left, will not pay enough to live on.

I agree that someone needs to put their foot behind the door on immigration. This stuff has to stop sometime, the sooner the better. Bush has conflict-of-interest on this one, Mexico's trying to vote its' way into the United States. Should we let it? Um, let me think about this one for a minute...NO. Mexico needs to get off their 'hard working' *** and fix their own country. I'm all for a billion-dollar deportation effort. They don't all have to be gone tomorrow, but let's start seeing about 20,000 a month start moving south, again. Publicly, on national TV etc. Plus, get the border built so there's no more to replace em, otherwise you're just spooning out the atlantic etc. Then, write the policy so there's no room for potential misunderstanding, and have the government engage a small army of lawyers whose sole express purpose in life is to be part of a task force to get RID of some of this subversive hispanic advocacy garbage. America's tolerated Mexico's clever antics long enough, don't you think? I do.
I have no bone to pick with one individual person of hispanic ethnicity, I've met lots of hispanics, mexicans, too, nice people, COMMA: This ain't gonna work. And, it's not going to get tolerated. Kissing up to Bush isn't going to get americans to buy off on the whole illegal immigration thing, states can and will vote and act locally to prevent our country from being subverted, and that's exactly what's happening. People need to get out and vote, need to get their petition drives going, support and advocate better border enforcement, and put a stop to this. Only when america reforms on immigration can mexico then do the same.
Well, they won't have much choice about it, but it kind of works out to the same thing, I believe. They should severely fine companies that are seeking to engage illegal labor from mexico, either overtly or otherwise. When LettuceCorp gets closed down and auctioned off for failing to comply with standing american labor laws, that'll put notice on the door for everybody else.

They are listening but the democrats are sayin no we can't get rid of all of the imagrants cuz they do the jobs the americans don't (which is wrong) so all the democrats vote against what he says and he can't do what he really wants to do.
