I see so many people with protective masks on walking with their Horses and Dogs.Kinda selfish to not protect helpless animals too.

I've noticed every pet I've chosen is because I had connection with them, which I can't explain and that connection has stayed true even up to when they passed away etc.

everyone says there is no such thing as a lion-lop! Well i'm here to post that that is not true! My friend ones a bunch and on google images if you type in Lion-Lop rabbits almost all those rabbit pictures will be Lion-Lops.
Just to say lion-lops are a cross breed between the Lionhead and the Lop rabbit. You see they come out with loped ears and a lionheads mane. So I hope there is no more nonsence of the whole "there is no such thing as a Lion-Lop" commotion anymore
Thank you!

I have a bunny. I got him last Nov. 1, 2006. When I got him, the guy from the pet store said he was approximately 15weeks old but i wana know the exact date of his birthday 'coz I wana give him a birthday party. How's that?

Ohhh and I asked my bunny if he knows, he says he doesn't know the date. I can't contact the breeder because he's from new zealand and I doubt it if he still remembers my bunny. Please help?:P

I am going to flea bomb my house sometime in the next week or two, but I am concerned about my animals. I know I'll have to take them out of the area for 2-3 hours (at least thats what the box says..) so does that mean I can put them all in one area of the house -say, the upstairs- bomb downstairs wait a few hours, then let them go downstairs. Maybe the next day put them all downstairs, while I bomb the upstairs.
Would that hurt them at all? Or would I have to completely remove them from the house and do it all at once?

I have 4 cats, 4 rats, a dog and a snake, and as I have somewhere I can bring the rats and the dog to I am not sure what I could do with the cats and the snake if I'd have to have them all leave the house.

What they do is drill a hole in the side of these animals and put a large plastic plug in place of the hole. They then test the food that CONSTANTLY leaks out of the huge hole in the side of their bodys. They also reach their arms into the holes to move around the intestines of the animals. They have been doing these experiments for years. It's the nastiest thing I have ever seen.

I read that they are prone to be aggressive and ornery. What has your experience been. Mine bit me once, but I don't think he was being mean. Other than that he's been really sweet. He's just a babe though. I was wondering if he's going to get nasty as he gets older.

this is what happened. they broke into my dads vehicle last nite, my dog saw what was going on and somehow managed to get loose and ran after the thief. ok, after she gave chase to the suspect all the neighbors were out in the street trying to see what was goin on, at this point the dog is mad and very active. she bit a neighbor and my brother. police were called to the scene they took a look at what hapened and filed the following: a robbery took place at the residence, the dog being protective broke loose and ran after suspect, being loose she was aggitated by all the peoples commotion and bit one of them. my point is she is not up to date on her rabies shot but it is certain she does not have them, she is not registered with the city of houston. we dont plan to keep her to prevent future problems. should we put her to sleep or let the dog pund decide whats best

Some people cannot afford to have their cats and dogs fixed!!!!! Do you not under stand that?? And don't give me that crap about " If you can't afford to have them fixed than you shouldn't have them at all!!" My animals are very well taken care of! They have erverything that they need! Thay are well fed and thay have toys to play with and they are very loved!!!!! But I can't afford to get them fixed!! Why can't you people understand that it is not a cheep procedure and some people want to get it done but just can't!!!????!!!! You may say that it can cost less than $100.00 but to some people that is a lot of money!! Some people don't have a lot of money and it's not right for you to critisize and ridicule them about it!!!!!!!!!! And I just want to say THANK YOU to all the people that do realize this and believe that it is the pet owner's decision and nobody elses!!!!!!! Belive me I love animals as much as the next person but I believe that the owner knows best, except in abusive cases
