I have a bunny. I got him last Nov. 1, 2006. When I got him, the guy from the pet store said he was approximately 15weeks old but i wana know the exact date of his birthday 'coz I wana give him a birthday party. How's that?

Ohhh and I asked my bunny if he knows, he says he doesn't know the date. I can't contact the breeder because he's from new zealand and I doubt it if he still remembers my bunny. Please help?:P

There is no way to know when they were born. Even guessing how many years old a rescue bunny is can be hard since there aren't any real signs. I and many others celebrate Gotcha Day, which is the day you adopted the pet.

There is know way to tell excatly when it was born unless you have a pedigrees from the breeder.

Why not take the day you got your rabbit and declare that his birthday. It is kinda like his birthday since he was born into your family on that day.

You measure their ears. One inch for every year.
NO!!!! I just joking. I not sure you can. I know with horses people can get a rough estimate from their teeth. May be able to do the same with a rabbit, but, I just guessing. A vet may be able to tell you.

I would try cutting him in half and counting the rings.
