It's weird! In the summer if I go down by the pond and there are frogs about, you can see the look of FEAR in their eyes. They freeze and won't take their eyes of me because they are terrified, and understandably so considering I'm about 1,000,000 times bigger (!)
But then, if I go to feed my baby guppies in my aquarium (and they are literally all babies now since I moved the adults on) they are completely trusting, relaxed and calm! And bear in mind these things are about the size of the tip of my fingernail!
So this doesn't make sense! How come some things are naturally afraid or see you as a predator, yet other equally (if not more) tiny creatures aren't worried about you at all?
