It depends on the bacteria you have, but in some cases yes. I would try to wash your hands before and after touching your little pig

No, your guimea pig can not catch your cold. If your pig is sneezing or has a snotty nose, he needs to be seen by a vet. (Guinea pigs require very high levels of Vitamin C and specific nutrients.) They can get sick and die very fast if not treated immediately.

NO!!!Only a ferret can catch a human cold. but watch out for your little friend , he/she could catch any other illness you might have. wash your hands before touching him/her. i want our little Friend to be safe.but keep a look out for him for anything else a guinea pig gets sick very easily and its hard to cure.

yes! you ever heard of a dog taking asthma from somebody?same thing can happen with guinea and a cold
