You did not mention what breed your bunnies are, but if they are a small breed, (mini rex, netherland dwarf, holland lop, etc.) you can wean them after 6 weeks. If you have a larger breed, (10 lbs and over), I prefere to wait until the babies are 8-9 weeks (if the mother will tolerate them... as long as she isn't bitting or nipping them). The larger breeds take longer to mature and need all the time they can get with momma. But regardless of the breed, you MUST seperate them by 12 weeks, (3 months of age). Otherwise you run the risk of the sons breeding back to the mother. (Which is OK under certain circumstances, but should not be accidental.) You also run the risk of the mother getting hostile towards the daughters. She may start biting them and there could be a serious injury. (No, they do not care that it's their daughter. The doe will look to protect her territory from other females and will try to drive them away.)
Start looking for good homes for the babies, unless you intend to keep them. In that case, start building cages! Good Luck!

When I purchased my Rabbit he was 8 weeks old, I also told not be buy any rabbit if they were younger than this.
Your vet would be able to tell you what is the best age, however as most shop do sell rabbit from 8 weeks onwards I would suggestion that this is the best time.
If you have babies rabbits to sell, you could also let people reserved them but don’t let them leave the mum until they are 8 weeks old

some breeders take them away at 6 weeks it depends on the breed of rabbit but i take them away from there mom at 8 because the breed i breed is smaller. i would love to keep them forever. you can take one or two out of the cage at a time for the mothers milk to dry or it wont dry properly and will get an infection.i would rather ween them at 8 weeks i suggest to you not 6 weeks but you still can.
if you need anymore answers bout bunnies just ask me!

6-8 weeks. They CAN be weaned at 4 weeks, but it is better for them to stay with Mom for at least 6 weeks. I take the mom out of the cage at 6 weeks (this is less stressful for the babies) then separate the litter at 8 weeks.

6 weeks at the MINIMUM, 8 weeks is much better. Younger than that and they can have health problems from not getting enough of mom's milk or from being unable to digest solid foods well.
