which animal would make a better pet, a chinchilla, a mouse, or a dwarf rabbit? i cant decide on which i would like to get. my mom would perfer me to get the mouse or rabbit cause the chinchilla costs more. does any1 have any personal experiences with any or all of theese pets? i just cant decide which would be the best pet.

Please help me get my dad to want to get a horse! My mom is all for getting this one horse. He is a good beginniner owner's horse- he is an easy keeper. He jumps and does everything I want my horse to do. He is $6200. My mom said that we can afford the initial cost of the horse and she is the one who sees and pays all of our bills. We have found a place to keep him- which we can afford- and all I need to do is buy tack, which I was saving up for- I have $1000 in savings. My dad said that he isn't going to spend that much on a horse- although he said that when I got a horse we would get a good one. This horse is perfect. Please help me convince my dad! He is being such a stubborn man! LOL. Thanks to all who help!

Well, I am doing a project on the ancient roman circuses. My pet rat is going to play a lion. I am making a gladiator out of rat treats to make the lion eat the gladiator, but I don't know how to hold the pieces together and still have it be safe for my rat to eat?

she wanted it for one of her birthday presents,but the thing is im not quite sure what to feed it,its 7 wks old,how often do you feed them,clean the cage out,& change the bedding,etc,is it ok to put blocks of wood in the cage,for it teeth,it sounds a silly question but im not sure what to do,can someone please advice me,thanks

Shakira had babys about 3 months ago, and recentley her hair started shedding very badley. I cant even play with her now. She eats her food and she eats Vegatbles. My other male Guenia Pig is not losing any hair. Is this normal??

I already have a pet(a parrot)and I am pretty responsible! I have talked with my parents so many times about getting a hamster,but they refuse!They think it's a dirty pet,that it smells and they believe I'm not going to take care of it! I've proved them that I am responsible enough for another pet,I have the money to buy one but still,nothing! Cannot be worms as i give him worming treatment every 3 months. clean his cage every 3 days. He is always scratching the areas around his ears and jawline and just behind his head where, know his hair is thinning. I would specifically like home remedies, i have tried aloe vera but this has not worked either.

we have bought 33 acres outside of ottawa and need building ideas, we want to build a house with a separte apartment, an indoor arena, a barn with stalls and tack room and we need turn out paddocks.

right now there is nothing on the land, but i`m looking for ideas on what to build, and how stalls should i put in, i would like as many as i can.

My son is 11 years old and we can't have a dog or cat in our apartment. So besides a fish what would be a neat pet that we can consider. I love dogs/cats so Im not an absolute amimal hater, but not so easy going with the reptiles, but as long as it has easy care "instruction" and easy for my son to take care of, its fine with me. I have 5 pets...and I'm currently spending about $50/month on flea control... it's only $10 a pet, but over the course of a year, it adds up. Does anyone know of a place to get Advantage really cheap? Does it come in bulk packages at all instead of in individual tubes?
