Guinea pigs can get intestinal worms - I would say thats what they are and they have crawled out of anus onto the coat.
They are simple to treat so take them to your vet.

My rats had lice once, they were little oblong shaped pink-orange things crawling around, they were no big deal. Take your pigs to the vet like you have scheduled so they can be identified and they'll recommend something. I had to use medicated powder along with prescribed antibiotics from their scratching themselves, regular baths wouldn't help.

Probably maggots. My rabbits got the same thing. If left long enough the maggots eat the animal alive luckily we caught it early on and they are fine and maggot free today. You did the right thing by taking them to the vet. :) Everything will get better from there.

Are they white? If yes, they are harmless. I gave mine a flea&lice bath (for puppies) and they were good afterwards... you have to repeat it after 10 days.
