I have a 4 month old guinea pig, and he is scared out of his mind to leave his shelter. He'll walk out, take a bite of food, and run back in hiding. He comes and runs around our basment once ever 1 or 2 weeks, but other than that, he is hiding, Eating and hiding, and he is starting to get overweight. If i could show him there is nothing to be scared off, maybe he would come out of his shelter more............

but how do i do it???

This is my first pet. I know... Shocking. I am out for school at 8:00 and back at 3:00. I am allergic to cats. I can give it some excersise. I don't want a dominaint pet. I just want something that I can hold and have fun with and doesn't need to be cared much for.

She had been ridden in any old saddle and was sore below the back of the saddle - she now has a new good fitting saddle but is still a little sore - slight pain response to firm pressure ie dips very slightly. Is there anything I can do in terms of massage, exercises, creams or gels that might help? (our vet is not a horse specialist and difficult to find one where we live). She has a few small skin lumps also at the site which I presume are from pressure/movement of previous saddle

It's an English M.Toulouse saddle that no matter how much i condition it, it just won't get grip. i DO NOT want the "saddle tite" stuff or whatever it is that literally glues you to your saddle but i just don't want it slick as ice....

I have just recently become the proud owner of a 3 year old quarter horse and a 12 year old belgium they are BEAUTIFUL. but being new at this I have no idea what I am doing I started feeding grain 16% then they said no feed these pellets 12% well my horses lost weight so back to the grain I go then the baby starts to limp so I call the farrier out and he says that he has thrush so I am treating for that. but now he says make sure you are picking the hoofs everyday so I am like alright I can do that guess what I can't I am not sure if there is a skill to this or something you just teach yourself either way I need help.
