With the general consensus on this and go for Build-a-Bear. Yes, it may be a little more expensive than a conventional teddy bear, but as mentioned, you get to personalize it. You get to pick the kind you want (not just bears) and then fill it and dress it and name it.
It's worth it for the price however!

build a bears are fun but expensive! i was just at MOA w/my cuz and she spent $40..and that was considered one of the cheapest bears there...she got only 1 outfit and 1 accessory w/her bear!

Do build a bear... its fun and a great memorie.. bring a camera and if you dont have a kid bring a niece or little sister or brother... or snag one of your homies kids for the day.
